After two years of planning, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new studio on March 1st. It is a beautiful, open-air design with hardwood (cultivated) teak floors and a balcony that looks out over the Turrubares Valley.
Practice yoga in the morning calm and the fading light of sunset, and you will feel like you are the only one around for miles, hovering above the open valley.
We have put together a special yoga workshop for teachers and students alike to come and share this special event with us. We will practice yoga every day in the morning and late afternoon, experiencing a range of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, "Gaia" and Iyengar, suitable for all levels and abilities.
Program includes: • Daily yoga classes • Two full-day excursions: Turubari Park and Pacific beach (Jaco, Esterios) • One half-day excursion • Thermal hot springs/waterfall • All meals while on property • One 1-hour wellness treatment • Massage • Chakra Alignment Sound Therapy• • Nutritional/Herbal Consultation • Hiking & Water Aerobics• • Crystal Singing Bowl meditation evening
